All information you enter during checkout — including payment details, contact details and full address — is collected, processed and stored securely by our payment provider, **Stripe**. 3. How We Use Information
The only data we hold (your postcode) is used only to:
- Calculate shipping costs and delivery routes
- Process and fulfil your order
We do not use your data for marketing, analytics, or any other purpose. We never share your data with third parties, except where required by law.

Since we store almost no personal information, the risk of data breach is minimal. Postcodes are stored in a secure, password-protected system. All payment and personal details are encrypted and managed by Stripe, who are certified to the highest industry security standards.
5. Your Rights
Under UK data protection laws (GDPR / Data Protection Act 2018), you have rights regarding your personal data. Since we do not hold your personal details, most requests (such as access, correction or deletion) should be directed to Stripe. If you have any questions, you may contact us at our email.

Terms and Conditions
1. Ordering & Contract Formation
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase goods. An order is not confirmed and no contract is formed until the goods have been physically dispatched by us. Receipt of payment or system-generated confirmation emails only acknowledge that we have received your order — they do not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in Great British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We take every care to ensure pricing is accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm or cancel your order. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not handle or store your card details.
3. Availability & Dispatch
All orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a full refund. Dispatch times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Delivery
Delivery is to the address provided during checkout. You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is correct. We use your postcode only to determine shipping options and costs. Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you once they have been delivered.
5. Returns & Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, provided goods are unused and in original condition. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect the goods, we will issue a refund within 14 days. Faulty goods will be replaced or refunded in full, including delivery costs.
6. Liability
We aim to provide accurate information, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for loss or damage arising from use of our site or products, except for liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos and design — is owned by us or our suppliers. You may not reproduce or use any content without our permission.
8. Governing Law
These terms and any contract between us are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms or our privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here and take effect immediately.
